About Nexlivo
The name comes from what we're trying to build: next-generation live viewing — pronounced nex-lee-vo. Nexlivo is a UK-focused IPTV service built on a simple observation: most streaming services are fine until something goes wrong, and then you're on your own.
So we organised the whole service around three commitments:
Setup should take minutes
Every supported device has a step-by-step tutorial written in plain English, and your welcome message links straight to the right one. If you'd rather be walked through it, support will do exactly that.
Plans should be boring
Clear prices, the same full service on every plan length, no auto-renewal without your say-so, and a genuine free trial so you can test before paying. No countdown timers, no fake discounts.
Support should actually answer
24/7 means 24/7 — WhatsApp, live chat and email, answered by people who know the product, at 11pm on a Saturday as well as 11am on a Tuesday.
We're UK-first by design: the channel line-up, the programme guide, the tutorials and the support hours are all built around how people in the UK actually watch TV. Expansion into other European markets is on the roadmap, and we'll do it properly — localised, not translated.
