Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data Nexlivo collects when you use nexlivo.co.uk or subscribe to our service, why we collect it, and what rights you have over it. We keep data collection deliberately minimal.

What we collect

• Contact details — your name and email address when you place an order, start a trial or message us.
• Order information — the plan you bought and confirmation that payment succeeded. We never see or store your full card details — payments are handled entirely by our payment provider.
• Support conversations — messages you send us by email, WhatsApp or live chat, so we can resolve your issue and refer back to previous conversations.
• Technical data — basic server logs needed to run the site securely, and aggregate analytics such as which pages are visited and what type of device is used.

Why we use it, and our lawful basis

Who we share it with

We never sell your personal data. We share it only with the providers we need to run the business, and only as far as each one needs:

• Payment processing — to take payment and handle refunds.
• Email and messaging providers — to send your login details and reply to you.
• Live chat (tawk.to) — powers the chat widget on this site and processes the messages you send through it.
• Hosting and analytics — to serve the website and, where analytics is enabled, to understand aggregate usage.

Each of these acts under appropriate data-processing terms. We may also disclose data where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

• Order and billing records — retained for as long as required for accounting and tax purposes.
• Account and contact details — while your subscription is active and for 30 days after it ends, so you can renew without setting everything up again.
• Support conversations — 30 days, so we can pick up the thread if you come back to us shortly afterwards.

When data is no longer needed for these purposes it is securely deleted.

Cookies

The website sets no marketing or advertising cookies. The live chat widget sets its own cookies so your conversation continues as you move between pages, and analytics — if enabled — sets cookies to count visits. Full detail is in our Cookie Policy, and you can block or delete cookies in your browser at any time without losing access to the site or the streaming service.

International transfers

Some of our providers operate outside the UK. Where personal data is transferred abroad we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as UK adequacy regulations or standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask us to:

• give you a copy of the personal data we hold about you;
• correct anything that is wrong;
• delete your data, where we have no continuing need for it;
• restrict or object to how we use it;
• transfer it to another provider;
• withdraw consent at any time, where our basis for processing is consent.

Email support@nexlivo.co.uk to exercise any of these — we will respond within one month. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk, though we would appreciate the chance to put things right first.
