No — and any service claiming everything is 4K is overselling. 4K is available on selected content where the source broadcast supports it. Most live channels broadcast in HD or Full HD; 4K appears mainly on premium sport and selected films and events.
Plan for 35–50 Mbps per 4K stream. UK average fixed broadband comfortably exceeds this on fibre packages, but the speed at your TV matters more than the speed at your router — test with the device you'll actually use.
